About this painting

Orange and white daisies fill a long, low meadow nearly to the skyline, while spires of purple lupine rise out of the grass on the left and again just right of centre. Each daisy is a ring of thick, crisp-edged dabs around a rust or dark red centre, with small cornflower-blue heads tucked in between.

Higher up the colour thins: lavender-grey stems fade into a misty band, then a pale blue sky with a soft white haze takes the top fifth. A few deep burgundy blooms sit low in the middle and at the bottom right, and their darkness makes the oranges around them look hotter.

CA#992 is an original colorful floral painting showing dense meadow of orange daisies, white daisies and purple lupines, hand-painted in acrylic on canvas with a heavily textured impasto surface. It is painted to order in any size; the 11 standard sizes run from 36×18 in (91×46 cm) to 100×50 in (254×127 cm). Painting takes about 10 days and delivery 5–7 days by DHL, FedEx or UPS; the minimum order is one piece.

Where it works

Its long proportions let it run across most of a three-seat sofa or a king headboard, and the pale sky strip along the top keeps it light enough to hang fairly close above them. Against warm-grey or cream plaster the oranges glow; against bright white they turn crisper and more graphic. In a hotel reception it holds a wide wall behind a low bench, where guests see the whole meadow at once from the entrance.

Specified for lobby & reception, guest room & suite, living room and bedroom; it reads as uplifting and cozy & warm.

Pairs well with

These share its palette, format and surface, so the three hang as a set: a run along a hotel corridor, a pair either side of a bed with this one between, or one per suite on the same floor.

Sizes & scale

Width × height. These are the sizes ordered most often; any other size is painted to order, with the composition redrawn to your proportions. A common rule: art about two-thirds the width of the sofa, bed or console beneath it.

What affects the price

Trade prices for CA#992 are quoted per order rather than listed, and come back within one business day. Four things set the figure:

Size
Price follows canvas area. The standard sizes run from 36×18 in to 100×50 in; any other size is quoted the same way.
Finish
Rolled canvas is the lowest-cost way to buy and ship. Stretched, ready to hang, costs more, and a frame costs the most.
Surface
Thick impasto uses more paint and takes longer to dry than flat brushwork, which the price reflects.
Quantity
Volume pricing starts at 10 pieces: the same design for every room on a floor, each one painted individually, or a mix of works.

Shipping is not included in the price; its cost is confirmed with you before the piece ships. Ask for a price on CA#992 on WhatsApp →

Questions buyers ask

Are the purple spires in CA#992 lupines or lavender?

They read as lupines: tall, tapering spikes of separate violet and indigo florets that stand well above the daisies, on the left and right of centre. Lavender would be finer and greyer. Lower down, small cornflower-blue heads and deep burgundy blooms are mixed in among the orange and white daisies.

Is the texture on CA#992 even across the canvas?

No. It is heaviest along the bottom third, where the orange and white daisies are stacked several layers deep and each petal stands proud of the canvas. The sky is thinly blended by comparison, so a lamp angled in from the side catches the flower band while the upper strip stays smooth and quiet.

Is CA#992 a print or an original painting?

An original. CA#992 is hand-painted in acrylic on canvas when you order it — nothing in the iHomeArt catalogue is printed or held in stock. The photographs show an earlier canvas of the same design, so the brushwork on yours will differ slightly.

Will several copies of CA#992 match across rooms?

They read as a set: every copy is painted from the same composition and palette. Each one is still painted by hand, so the brushwork differs slightly from piece to piece. Progress photos at each stage let you compare them before the next stage starts, and volume pricing begins at 10 pieces.

Will the colours match what I see on screen?

Screens shift colour, so the photographs here are a guide rather than a swatch. You see progress photos or video at each stage and approve a photograph of the finished canvas before it leaves. Moving the palette towards your scheme is normal: send a photo of a paint chip, a fabric swatch or the room on WhatsApp.
