About this painting

A tall white bar rises from the bottom edge like a column, with soft apricot and forest green blocks stacked and overlapping around it up to the top. Deep forest green fills the lower left, a darker bar crosses the middle right, and a single patch of olive-lime near the top is the brightest note in the picture.

Each block is laid with the knife; edges rise in ridges and the paint drags into thin streaks where the blade lifted. Fine dark lines, a curved stem and a few black flicks, keep the stack from looking stiff. The ground is pale sage, warming to beige at lower right.

AA#576 is an original abstract geometric painting showing knife-painted blocks in green, orange and white on beige, hand-painted in acrylic on canvas with a heavily textured impasto surface. It is painted to order in any size; the 14 standard sizes run from 20×24 in (51×61 cm) to 60×80 in (153×203 cm). Painting takes about 10 days and delivery 5–7 days by DHL, FedEx or UPS; the minimum order is one piece.

Where it works

Its muted sage and apricot settle a room rather than wake it, so in a hotel suite hang it where a guest lying in bed or sitting in the armchair will face it. Restaurants can use it on a pier between booths or beside the host stand. It sits well with oak, terracotta tile, rattan and olive velvet, and under warm white light the apricot deepens toward peach, which flatters food and skin alike.

Specified for guest room & suite, restaurant & bar, dining room and living room; it reads as calming and cozy & warm.

Pairs well with

These share its palette, format and surface, so the three hang as a set: a run along a hotel corridor, a pair either side of a bed with this one between, or one per suite on the same floor.

Sizes & scale

Width × height. These are the sizes ordered most often; any other size is painted to order, with the composition redrawn to your proportions. A common rule: art about two-thirds the width of the sofa, bed or console beneath it.

What affects the price

Trade prices for AA#576 are quoted per order rather than listed, and come back within one business day. Four things set the figure:

Size
Price follows canvas area. The standard sizes run from 20×24 in to 60×80 in; any other size is quoted the same way.
Finish
Rolled canvas is the lowest-cost way to buy and ship. Stretched, ready to hang, costs more, and a frame costs the most.
Surface
Thick impasto uses more paint and takes longer to dry than flat brushwork, which the price reflects.
Quantity
Volume pricing starts at 10 pieces: the same design for every room on a floor, each one painted individually, or a mix of works.

Shipping is not included in the price; its cost is confirmed with you before the piece ships. Ask for a price on AA#576 on WhatsApp →

Questions buyers ask

What do the thin dark lines on AA#576 add?

Movement. A curved dark green stem rises at upper left and short black flicks cross the middle; without them the stacked rectangles would sit as still as a colour chart. They are the only linear marks among all those blocks.

Could AA#576 be painted with terracotta instead of apricot?

Yes. The forest green, sage ground, white column and apricot blocks can each be adjusted, so a terracotta or rust version for a warmer restaurant scheme is a simple request. The layout and the knife work stay as they are; only the warm blocks change colour.

Is AA#576 a print or an original painting?

An original. AA#576 is hand-painted in acrylic on canvas when you order it — nothing in the iHomeArt catalogue is printed or held in stock. The photographs show an earlier canvas of the same design, so the brushwork on yours will differ slightly.

Will several copies of AA#576 match across rooms?

They read as a set: every copy is painted from the same composition and palette. Each one is still painted by hand, so the brushwork differs slightly from piece to piece. Progress photos at each stage let you compare them before the next stage starts, and volume pricing begins at 10 pieces.

Will the colours match what I see on screen?

Screens shift colour, so the photographs here are a guide rather than a swatch. You see progress photos or video at each stage and approve a photograph of the finished canvas before it leaves. Moving the palette towards your scheme is normal: send a photo of a paint chip, a fabric swatch or the room on WhatsApp.
