Flowing white, beige and gold marbled acrylic painting

A broad band of caramel and sand-beige runs diagonally across the wide canvas, high on the left and low on the right, edged with fine gold veins like the seam running through a slab of polished stone. Below it, cool white and smoke grey pool and drift like ink in water, while the upper right corner is kept almost blank in milky white.

Gold is used sparingly: a hairline vein along the warm band, then a scatter of tiny speckles and splashes along its lower edge. Everything else is softly blended, without a single hard edge, so the eye follows the diagonal slowly instead of jumping between marks.
