About this painting

A loose bunch of wildflowers rises on thin dark stems, every bloom pressed onto the canvas in thick, curling palette-knife petals of pink, marigold, sky blue, cream and crimson. Rust-orange dots mark the centres, apple-green leaves sit between the heads, and small yellow buds and a single red one fill the gaps.

Above the flowers the ground is scraped white over pale blue-grey; below, it breaks into vertical drips of cornflower, lilac and slate, so the stems seem to stand in water. A crimson bloom left of centre and a white one with an orange rim just beneath it carry the most weight.

TA#1100 is an original textured floral painting showing pink, blue, orange and white sculpted wildflowers on a white textured ground, hand-painted in acrylic on canvas with a sculpted relief surface. It is painted to order in any size; the 14 standard sizes run from 20×24 in (51×61 cm) to 60×80 in (153×203 cm). Painting takes about 10 days and delivery 5–7 days by DHL, FedEx or UPS; the minimum order is one piece.

Where it works

Colour is spread evenly from top to bottom, so it reads well from seated height across a dining table or restaurant floor, and the raised petals hold their shape even from four or five metres away. Plain white, chalk or pale grey walls let the many colours speak; patterned wallpaper fights them. At the end of an entrance approach, hang it above a slim bench under a ceiling light that skims the petals, so their curled edges cast small shadows.

Specified for restaurant & bar, dining room, entryway & hallway and living room; it reads as uplifting and vibrant.

These share its palette, format and surface, so the three hang as a set: a run along a hotel corridor, a pair either side of a bed with this one between, or one per suite on the same floor.

Sizes & scale

Width × height. These are the sizes ordered most often; any other size is painted to order, with the composition redrawn to your proportions. A common rule: art about two-thirds the width of the sofa, bed or console beneath it.

What affects the price

Trade prices for TA#1100 are quoted per order rather than listed, and come back within one business day. Four things set the figure:

Size
Price follows canvas area. The standard sizes run from 20×24 in to 60×80 in; any other size is quoted the same way.
Finish
Because the surface is not rolled, the choice is between stretched, ready to hang, and stretched in a frame; a frame costs more.
Surface
Sculpted relief is built up in layers with drying time between them, so it costs more than a flat painting of the same size.
Quantity
Volume pricing starts at 10 pieces: the same design for every room on a floor, each one painted individually, or a mix of works.

Shipping is not included in the price; its cost is confirmed with you before the piece ships. Ask for a price on TA#1100 on WhatsApp →

Questions buyers ask

Does TA#1100 show one kind of wildflower?

No. The open five- and six-petalled heads recall cosmos, wild roses and anemones, mixed with yellow buds and one small red bud, so the bunch looks picked from a roadside verge rather than drawn as a botanical study of one plant.

What are the vertical streaks along the bottom of TA#1100?

They are thinned paint dragged downward in cornflower, lilac and slate below where the stems end. They give the bunch somewhere to stand, hinting at water or a glass vase without drawing one, and they keep the lower third lighter than the crowded blooms above.

Is TA#1100 a print or an original painting?

An original. TA#1100 is hand-painted in acrylic on canvas when you order it — nothing in the iHomeArt catalogue is printed or held in stock. The photographs show an earlier canvas of the same design, so the brushwork on yours will differ slightly.

Will several copies of TA#1100 match across rooms?

They read as a set: every copy is painted from the same composition and palette. Each one is still painted by hand, so the brushwork differs slightly from piece to piece. Progress photos at each stage let you compare them before the next stage starts, and volume pricing begins at 10 pieces.

Will the colours match what I see on screen?

Screens shift colour, so the photographs here are a guide rather than a swatch. You see progress photos or video at each stage and approve a photograph of the finished canvas before it leaves. Moving the palette towards your scheme is normal: send a photo of a paint chip, a fabric swatch or the room on WhatsApp.
