About this painting

Pink, yellow and mint houses climb over one another up a hillside until they run out of canvas, each with its own arched window, scalloped trim or green shutter. An orange sun hangs over a pale blue bay at the upper left, where red, olive and yellow sails cross the water, and palms push their fronds up between the roofs beside a small purple dome.

Everything is laid in flat matte colour with dark outlines, and the balconies are crowded with plants in striped pots. No two windows repeat; the only quiet patch is the strip of sea on the left.

CA#193 is an original colorful cityscape painting showing stacked pastel hillside town with palms and sailboats, hand-painted in acrylic on canvas. It is painted to order in any size; the 10 standard sizes run from 24×24 in (61×61 cm) to 72×72 in (183×183 cm). Painting takes about 10 days and delivery 5–7 days by DHL, FedEx or UPS; the minimum order is one piece.

Where it works

A seafood restaurant, a beach bar or a resort guest room gains a sense of place from this harbour town without naming one. Because the surface is so crowded, give it plain neighbours: sand or limewashed plaster, cane chairs, terracotta floors, and no patterned wallpaper in the same sightline. Over a headboard at one of the larger square sizes it carries the whole bedroom, so bedding and walls can stay pale and quiet.

Specified for restaurant & bar, guest room & suite, dining room and living room; it reads as uplifting and bold.

Pairs well with

These share its palette, format and surface, so the three hang as a set: a run along a hotel corridor, a pair either side of a bed with this one between, or one per suite on the same floor.

Sizes & scale

Width × height. These are the sizes ordered most often; any other size is painted to order, with the composition redrawn to your proportions. A common rule: art about two-thirds the width of the sofa, bed or console beneath it.

What affects the price

Trade prices for CA#193 are quoted per order rather than listed, and come back within one business day. Four things set the figure:

Size
Price follows canvas area. The standard sizes run from 24×24 in to 72×72 in; any other size is quoted the same way.
Finish
Rolled canvas is the lowest-cost way to buy and ship. Stretched, ready to hang, costs more, and a frame costs the most.
Surface
Flat brushwork takes less paint and time than impasto or relief work of the same size.
Quantity
Volume pricing starts at 10 pieces: the same design for every room on a floor, each one painted individually, or a mix of works.

Shipping is not included in the price; its cost is confirmed with you before the piece ships. Ask for a price on CA#193 on WhatsApp →

Questions buyers ask

Does CA#193 show a real town?

No single town is copied. The stacked houses, arched windows, palms, domed tower and harbour sails are put together like a folk illustration of a sunny coast, so it can stand for the Mediterranean, the Caribbean or Latin America depending on the room around it.

How much detail does CA#193 hold for close viewing?

A great deal. Each house has its own window shapes and colours, the balconies carry potted plants, and the palm fronds are painted stroke by stroke. Hung beside a restaurant booth or a bar counter, it rewards guests who study it for the length of a drink.

Is CA#193 a print or an original painting?

An original. CA#193 is hand-painted in acrylic on canvas when you order it — nothing in the iHomeArt catalogue is printed or held in stock. The photographs show an earlier canvas of the same design, so the brushwork on yours will differ slightly.

Will several copies of CA#193 match across rooms?

They read as a set: every copy is painted from the same composition and palette. Each one is still painted by hand, so the brushwork differs slightly from piece to piece. Progress photos at each stage let you compare them before the next stage starts, and volume pricing begins at 10 pieces.

Will the colours match what I see on screen?

Screens shift colour, so the photographs here are a guide rather than a swatch. You see progress photos or video at each stage and approve a photograph of the finished canvas before it leaves. Moving the palette towards your scheme is normal: send a photo of a paint chip, a fabric swatch or the room on WhatsApp.
