Black ink and dusty blue minimal abstract canvas painting

A dense black shape, ragged at the edges, lies across a pale wash of dusty blue, and two thin olive-gold lines loop around both like thread pulled loose. The blue is thinned until it pools, with a deeper ultramarine bloom where the paint gathered at its top corner. The black is opaque by contrast, and at its lower tip the brush runs dry into a scrubbed, broken patch.

More than half the canvas stays white, mostly to the right and along the bottom, which gives the gold lines room to swing out past the forms and curve back.
